Product Owner – Bet Dynamo (part of Profit Accumualtor) www.betdynamo.com We currently have a new position opening for a Product Owner. This is a full-time permanent position working from home. We were a fully flexible & remote business before the pandemic and will be for the long term. Profit Accumulator is a well-established, fast-growing company that has emerged as the leading online Matched Betting platform, service, and community. We make it easy for our subscribers to earn tax-free money by teaching them how to Matched Bet and providing them with the right tools and processes to be successful. We are a team of 57 employees, over 20,000 subscribers and over 50,000 online community members. We are looking for someone who can manage the running of one of our most exciting products, Bet Dynamo, and the user journey throughout. Bet Dynamo is a fully automated football statistics system that tracks and compares data from over 2300 teams around the world. Bet Dynamo’s proprietary algorithm works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to identify the best bets every time, helping its subscribers bet smarter. Bet Dynamo also has an accompanying community with over 2,000 football bettors, which we are keen to expand. You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to organise team workshops to capture the development scope and define backlog items, write clear user stories, prioritise in line with business goals and champion our end users. You will need to work in a fast paced, remote, scale-up environment. Key Responsibilities Continuous discovery. We are always looking to discover problems and find solutions for our customers Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define and prioritise the product backlog. Work closely with delivery teams so they understand new features/user stories. Use data analysis to understand current customer needs. Have ownership and accountability of your product. Key skills / Experience A self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team Experience of, or passion for, Agile delivery processes used in software or web-based products Ability to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done processes Exceptional analysis skills Drives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goals Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change What We Can Offer Competitive salary dependent on experience.
