Do you have a passion for coaching football? Enjoying working with young people? Were looking for dedicated, organised and passionate individuals to provide football coaching for a group of young people (age 16 to 25 years). Whether yo beginner starting out your coaching journey or looking to expand on your existing experience, this is the role for you.All sorts of people become volunteers. You do not need to have specific formal qualifications, but you will need patience, resilience, empathy and tolerance and a good sense of humour! You will also need to be able to relate well to young people and enjoy spending time in their company. Football coaching experience/ interest and knowledge in football is needed for this role.YMCA DownsLink Group runs the Crawley Foyer, providing housing to over 80 young people in a range of properties across Crawley. We support young people in housing crisis and inspire them to make positive changes to their lives by helping them with housing and employment opportunities. We help young people overcome exclusion and disadvantages by providing opportunities to gain qualifications and training. The aim is to put young people in a good position to enter the world of work, gain independence and then to move out into a home of their own.
