A fabulous opportunity exists for an experienced Team Assistant with Events and Project Management experience and a good understanding of football to join this global sporting corporate, hosts of some of the most competitive and engaging sport on an international scale. With a reputation for excellence in all areas of its responsibilities this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an accomplished Team/Events Assistant to work alongside hugely talented individuals in the most dynamic or organisations. Reporting directly to the Coaching Team you will provide day to day administrative, event and project management support to the Head of Coaching & Team including organising internal and external stakeholder meetings, Calendar Management, Travel arrangements, undertaking extensive project and event administration and being an ambassador for the business. You will be a traditional and accomplished Graduate calibre Team/Events Assistant (3 years ) with demonstrable project management experience for a strong brand. You’ll have experience of supporting multiple projects simultaneously and You’ll have 1st class MS Office skills, demonstrable organisation and document management skills and strong interpersonal and literacy skills. You’ll be a meticulous organiser, proactive in everything you think and do with superb attention to detail. A good understanding of football is essential and it would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the principles of Coaching Youth Development within football.
