Football Coach An exciting position has become available for a part-time Football Coaches,  at all levels from Head Coach to level one. The successful candidates will be at various locations to deliver activities, sessions and events for the London Tigers. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary depending on experience and coaching qualification. Role Requirements Full Driving licence. Passionate about Football. Be empathetic and have a desire to make a difference. The ability to work on your own initiative with a friendly, creative and confident nature. Enthusiastic about working as part of a dedicated team. An effective communicator, with good written and verbal skills. Must be able to use or learn to use various apps of London Tigers such as Deputy, Asana and Upshot and attend other training that required for the role. Role Responsibilities  To plan and deliver safe, enjoyable, relevant sports coaching sessions that are both structured and progressive. To deliver coaching sessions appropriate to the age and ability of the participants. To produce and evaluate session plans for all activities. To carry out risk assessments and report any incidents / accidents to London Tigers immediately. To assist relevant project staff with administration of work including membership forms, registers, session plans/evaluations, feedback surveys and monitoring.  Inputting data into our management information system as and when required. Being flexible in accordance with the changing dynamics of the role, activities, and events.  Developing and building strong community relationships.  To take payment for activities as appropriate and deliver back to the London Tigers with records to back up payments made. To ensure that all London Tigers’ equipment is in good working order and assembled properly – to report to the Trust any equipment that needs attention. To act in a positive manner and represent both London Tigers in line with good practice and our guidelines. To wear appropriate London Tigers branded clothing. To deputise on behalf of London Tigers if required. Act as a role model for young people, inspiring them to engage in the services and understand and appreciate the role of coaching as a career opportunity Ensuring child protection procedures are followed and that the safeguarding of young people is paramount. Carry out all duties in accordance with London Tigers’ policies on Health and Safety, Child Protection and Data Protection, and with relevant legislation. To complete relevant courses as and when required keeping regularly updated e.g. Safeguarding, First aid. To undertake as requested other tasks required by London Tigers as may be reasonably expected. Company  London Tigers sports complex is based at Spikes Bridge Park in Southall.
