Health Administrator – The Role: The health team work across Sussex to improve the health and wellbeing of its participants. You will support all these activities and support in the collaborations with the NHS and other third sector partners, running targeted health projects and initiatives. The administrative duties in the Health team are wide and varied. The post holder will have responsibility for managing and supporting project related administrative tasks including but not limited to recording data on systems, recording the delivery of activity and reporting on progress, coordinating bookings and reporting for internal and external activity, and supporting in invoice management. Health Administrator – Key Responsibilities: You’ll be supporting with administrative tasks across an array of projects and initiatives. This will involve the coordination and facilitation of events and activities and all that is involved in their success, from coordinating booking requests and reporting on event participant numbers, to ensuring systems and processes are effective in delivering the service we provide, to coordinating survey and questionnaire feedback collection. You will work across the department and with its partners to maximise the value we provide to participants.
