Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club have an exciting opportunity for a Kit Assistant (Women’s & Girls’) to join the team. Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing Salary: Salary dependant on skills & experience Hours: 35 hours per week to worked flexibly over 5 days to include evenings and weekends Job Type: Permanent Deadline Day: 14th October 2021 Who are Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club? Kit Assistant – The Role: The kit assistant (women’s and girls’) will be responsible for supporting the kit manager with all aspects of kit and equipment management for the department. The work will be varied and essential for the day-to-day operations and the successful candidate will be trained in both technical and operational activities including but not limited to; stock ordering and audits, kit printing and distribution, collaborative working with technical staff including coaches, physiotherapists, analysts, and player care. The post holder will have the ability to establish working relationships with a wide range of staff across the club. Kit Assistant – Key Responsibilities: The work will vary greatly. You could start your day with a staff meeting, reviewing the days activity and preparing kit and equipment to facilitate the effective and smooth running of the sessions. The American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, the training centre for the women¿s and girls’ department, is a vast Category 1 facility (the highest level available) and as such, making everything work at elite level requires meticulous planning and operational excellence. Kit Assistant – You: – The ability to operate both technologically, and operationally – A confident user of SaaS and Microsoft Office applications – Fully capable of being hands-on in a role that will see you placing complex stock orders, and catering for the training and development of women’s and girls’ players from the age of 11 to our women’s first team Kit Assistant – Our Values: – Treat People Well – Exceed Expectations – Aim High.
