Lead Coach – The Role: Albion in the Community is now recruiting for a Lead Coach for the Brighton & Mid-Sussex area. This role will be responsible for supporting the Development Officer in the day to day operations of the Brighton & Mid-Sussex area football pathway programme. This role requires a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with excellent coaching skills. Lead Coach – What does the day to day look like? You will be responsible for the delivery and development of practical sessions for our footbaall pathway, after school club, soccer schools and schools departments. You will support the Development Officer in providing activity management support and carry out registration administration. If you are someone with extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry, working in schools in a similar or related role and knowledge of player pathways in both male and female football development, then this is the role for you! Lead Coach – What we need: – A minimum of FA Level 2 Certificate in coaching football – Valid FA Emergency Aid and FA Safeguarding Children certificates – Candidates must also have an accepted and valid Enhanced FA DBS (Criminal Background Check) – Successful candidates will have experience of delivering in curriculum and after school club activity, with extensive knowledge of a range of sports Lead Coach – Our Values: Values play a pivotal role in the success of the charity.
