Background: TransferRoom launched in 2017 and is today a sustainable, fast growing B2B SaaS business, navigating the exciting challenges of the scale up phase in the world of football. We empower football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision makers. Our innovative platform is used by over 600 clubs worldwide and has helped facilitate over 1,300 transfers so far. Due to our rapid growth as a business, we are now looking for a meticulous, data-orientated Marketing & CRM Executive to join our team. Key objectives of the role: To work with our Automation and Data teams to ensure our CRM system (HubSpot) is being utilised effectively, putting processes in place to enhance our overall data capture and quality, as well as the execution of marketing campaigns. This role will also involve working closely with the team to help manage various marketing activities such as the administration of our events, with a focus on streamlining our data capture and usage, email communications and overall effectiveness of the events. Key responsibilities: Ensure we are adhering to best practice when it comes to setting up customer segmentation lists, notifications, tasks, workflows and triggers in HubSpot. Be a champion for marketing data quality across the business, working closely with our Automation and Data teams. Building internal processes to understand any gaps or issues in our marketing data and provide practical solutions to help overcome them. Work with the Automation team to build and execute email marketing campaigns and customer communications within the CRM. Oversee all our HubSpot integrations and make sure they are working effectively for their respective teams and departments. Build custom dashboards and reports using HubSpot. Manage the administration of our events to ensure they run smoothly. ‘Who are ya?’: Experienced using HubSpot marketing automation tools and CRM to drive value across a business. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail – meticulous in your approach to work. Data orientated and able to work with a lot of data – sourcing, cleaning, processing and maintaining it. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where there are always things to do. Good understanding of HTML and CSS to optimise email (and where necessary, website page) templates. Able to work independently and take initiative, but also comfortable working cross functionally with different departments. Proven problem-solving capability to develop opportunities. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
