Marketing Executive – The Role: Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to come and join the team and work predominantly with our Women’s team. The role will be responsible for supporting the women’s teams marketing operations activities such as ticketing, hospitality and other matchday operations. We are looking for a passionate individual who has an interest in women¿s football and the sporting industry. Marketing Executive – Key Responsibilities: As Marketing Executive, you will work with and support our in-house marketing team on the implementation of the women’s marketing strategy and will deliver on all marketing communications for the women’s team. This would suit someone who has a creative flair, as you will work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer to create exciting digital and email campaigns and creative content. Part of the role will also include conducting research with fans to understand insights and motivation into match attendance. Due to the nature of the role, we require you to be flexible with your hours as you will required to work all women’s first team fixtures as well as some additional events outside the normal working week. Marketing Executive – You: The successful candidate should have achieved or working towards a Marketing Qualification (e.g Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualification) and a business, marketing, or event management degree. It is essential that the candidate has a minimum of 18 months experience in a marketing role either at a venue or a membership organisation and marketing experience, preferably in a football industry. The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
