PDP Physiotherapist – The Role: Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting for a PDP Physiotherapist to come and join our award-winning medical department working across the professional development phase. You will focus both on ensuring optimal performance provision within the medical department and will assist in the coordination and supervision for our academy squads. PDP Physiotherapist – Key Responsibilities: As PDP Physiotherapist, you will primarily lead the day-to-day provision of medical care to all those in the U18-U23 group. This role will also contribute to Brighton & Hove Albion FC, striving to create a medical department that is viewed as a centre of excellence in the management of neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop, implement and evaluate physiotherapy programmes for elite young professional footballers and be a genuine team player. Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to be flexible, as there will be requirement to work weekends and bank holidays as well as both home and away matches. PDP Physiotherapist – You: – Must have a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy – Be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy – Registered with the Health Professions Council – The successful candidate will also have experience working within a professional sporting environment The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
