Receptionist – The Role: Brighton & Hove Albion FC is now recruiting for a receptionist to work at our training ground, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. As receptionist you will be responsible for the day-to-day assistance in the reception operations. Receptionist – What does the day to day look like? As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests coming into the training ground, so if you are someone who has expectational customer service skills, this is the role for you. As part of the role you will manage the co-ordination of incoming and outgoing post and deal with general enquiries from visitors and employees. Receptionist – You: – Great customer service and administrative skills – Experience of working as a receptionist – Experience of working in a customer service environment The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
