Youth Worker – The Role: As Youth Worker you will be working with schools and community-based interventions across Sussex as part of our Premier League programmes, which use the Brighton and Hove Albion brand, and the power of football to help young people develop the resilience they need to thrive in life, in school and in sport. This important work will see you impacting positively, on the lives of those who need the programme the most. Youth Worker – Key Responsibilities: You will work in a range of settings delivering behavioural change interventions to both children, and adults. You will work with staff, partners and participants to deliver resources that you have both developed, and been given, to ensure benefit to participant is identified, and delivered. You may work on both group and individual sessions all personalised and tailored to maximise relevancy, and therefore positive affect. You¿ll monitor all your interventions as you build working relationships with those in the programme.
